Terms of Use

Last updated: October 14, 2026

By using BRAIN BACKGAMMON (the "game") you agree to these simple terms.

Using the game

The game is free to play for personal, non-commercial use. Online play needs a free account. Please play fairly: do not cheat, exploit bugs, use bots, or harass other players. We may suspend accounts that do.

Virtual coins and purchases

Coins earned in the game have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money. The one-time "Remove ads" purchase is made through Google Play and is subject to Google Play's terms and refund policy.

Advertising

The free version shows ads served by Google. See our Privacy Policy for how data is handled.

No warranty

The game is provided "as is". We work to keep it available and fair, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.

Changes

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Questions? Contact us.
